After a long career in retail I decided I wanted to try something different.  I loved helping my customers find that perfect gift or item that they needed.  Truly engaging them and working hard to help them have an amazing experience.  However, retail was limiting in how much i could truly work with my clients and so i made the rewarding decision to become a Realtor!  I have never looked back!  As a second generation Realtor I truly understand the value of a client-centric business model; empowering my clients with the knowledge, tools and advice to make THIER OWN Choices.   After all, its not my house and its not my mortgage!!  

A home is most Americans single largest investment and also the single source of the most stress when it comes to buying or selling a home.  That is why I strive to be a PARTNER with my clients in helping them with their housing needs.  They are looking for help NOT to be sold.  I am proud to say i haven't "sold" anything since I became a realtor.  I am a trainer, educator, process manager, counselor and cheerleader for my clients.  Helping them with every step of the process, letting them know all their options, the pros and cons of those options and then allowing them to make their own informed choices.  

As a Branch Manger for Howard Hanna I take that same Philosophy in helping my Agents.  Through servant leadership I help empower my agents to to not only grow their personal business but also provide an amazing experience to their clients.  Real estate is an ever evolving field and I love he challenge and reward in helping my agents grow and keep up with this field.  Knowing that my efforts are helping provide exceptional experiences to a wider range of clients then I could ever effect on my own is truly rewarding to me!
