I graduated from Ohio Northern with a degree in Political Science and in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. A Masters Degree in Human Resources rounds out my education.

Through all my years in retail I have learned to value the customer and listen to their needs. I became a successful retail manager by gaining my customers trust and helping them find the right products for their needs. My business grew because of their loyalty and faith in me.
