This page will show you current listings of older homes throughout Stark County. I like older homes and apparently you have some interest in them as well. "Older" is defined by the National Trust of Historic Preservation as homes build 1949 or earlier, so that is our criteria. My husband, Joseph Bridges and I have created this directory for you. Consequently, you will see his name on the top of the profile pages. Disregard this and just click through the listings.
Note: Please read this section to maximize your navigation of this "profile page". Each page will provide various ways to look at the list of properties: On the "DISPLAY" button, select the way you want the list to be displayed. You can select or deselect any listing by clicking on the box to the left of each property. You can see the location of a property by clicking on the address. You can see the details of a property by clicking on the MLS number.
Once you look over the listings, select the ones you would like to tour, then at the bottom you can email that list to me, or call me at 330-409-4713 to give me the MLS numbers to let me set up showings for you.
