In 2002 I left my career in Supply Chain Consulting and joined the real estate industry offering "engineer meets real estate" and brought a new analytical skill set to the real estate community. From then I have been partner to many residential renovations providing cost and profit analysis, acquisition, and sales services. To start a new client we offer a unique and fast statistical review of the market to first identify income potential properties in any area of NE Ohio. We also provide APOD, ROI, Cash on Cash, and ROE value analysis for larger income producing properties.
