We're Marvin and Diane Hankinson, a husband-and-wife real estate team with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, helping buyers and sellers throughout Rochester, NY and the surrounding communities.

As lifelong Rochester-area residents with more than 10 years of real estate experience, we bring different professional backgrounds—and different strengths—to every client we serve. Both of us have also earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, reflecting additional education and training focused on representing home buyers.

Before entering real estate, Marvin spent 38 years in the HVAC and building trades and is a retired member of UA Local 13 Plumbers, Pipefitters and Service Technicians. That experience gives him a practical understanding of the mechanical systems and components that make a house work. While a Realtor doesn't replace a qualified home inspector, Marvin's background can help clients better understand what they're seeing and recognize questions that may deserve further evaluation by the appropriate professional.

Diane spent 36 years at Eastman Kodak, including extensive experience in the credit field. Her background developed the organization, attention to detail, communication and client-service skills that are so important when coordinating the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction.

Together, those different backgrounds are what make HankinSOLD work.
