Before becoming a Realtor, Marvin spent 38 years in the HVAC and building trades, giving him hands-on experience with the systems and components that make a house function. While no Realtor replaces a licensed home inspector, clients often appreciate having a trusted professional who understands how homes work and can help them ask thoughtful questions throughout the process.

Diane brings her own valuable professional experience to the team after spending 36 years in the credit department at Eastman Kodak. Her background strengthened the organizational skills, communication, attention to detail, and client-focused approach that help keep every transaction moving smoothly.
