That’s it. Just me.
To some, that might seem like a disadvantage in today’s real estate market. I see it differently.
My ideas are my own. My strategies are customized to each client. There’s no passing the buck and no relying on someone else to get the job done. When I roll up my sleeves, I’m actually doing the work.
Taking the pictures. Marketing your home. Writing contracts. Negotiating. Attending inspections and walkthroughs. Solving problems. Answering questions. Every part of your transaction matters to me.
My intentions are genuine, and your best interests come first.
I will never encourage you to buy a home I know you can’t afford, and I cringe at the thought of someone overspending simply to win an offer. When I’m helping you sell, I’m not going to inflate your home’s value just to win the listing. This isn’t a race, and I’m not interested in lighting up the scoreboard.
You are not a number, a transaction, or another notch in my belt. You are my client, and I’m on your team.
Whatever season of life you’re in, I’ve got you.
I had the opportunity to stay home and raise my three boys, and I loved every minute of it. When they were ready for me to take on my next chapter, I decided it was my turn. I pursued a career in real estate and became a Realtor in 2019.
I grew up in Lake County and have called Harpersfield home for more than 25 years. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying my fur babies, hiking in the woods, mushroom hunting, taking pictures, or visiting a winery or three.
I’m a doer. I believe in staying informed, communicating honestly, and giving my clients the information and support they need to make confident decisions.
I may be just one person, but I’m 100% invested in you.
