JUST ME……. That’s it. To some that may seem like a disadvantage in today’s market. It may be perceived as a sign of weakness or a lack of desire to be successful. I am here to assure you that it’s not and to disprove the old adage that, good people always finish last. My ideas are my own. They are original to me.  There is no passing the buck, no relying on others. When I pull up my sleeves it’s to actually do the work myself. I will customize a strategy that is unique to your circumstance. Taking pictures, marketing, writing contracts, negotiating, attending inspections and walk throughs, problem solving, you name it. Every part of your transaction is important to me. My intensions are genuine. I refuse to put you in a home I know that you can’t afford and I cringe at the thought of clients overspending just to win an offer.  There are no inflated home values to try and win a listing. I am not in it to light up the score board for everyone else to see. This is not a race. You are not just another notch in my belt. Whether you are buying or selling a home you will never be treated as just a number. What ever season of life you are in, I got you.  I am and will always be on your team!! 

I had the opportunity to stay home and raise my 3 boys and loved every minute of it.  Now it’s my turn. I decided it was time to pursue a career, so I jumped into real estate. Class of 2019!! I grew up in Lake County and moved to Harpersfield over 25 years ago. I love my fur babies, hiking in the woods, mushroom hunting, amateur photography, have been known to visit a winery or three...... I am a doer and I vow to provide you with the most current market information and support to ensure that not only will you feel comfortable, but confident in your real estate decision.
