Susan is a life-long native of Virginia Beach. She grew up on 50th Street, and has lived in Bay Colony, Princess Anne Hills, and numerous homes and Condos at the
North End. She had a successful sales career in office equipment for 31 years, where she honed her negotiating and customer service skills. Susan joined the
TOP-PRODUCING Howard Hanna William E Wood team at the oceanfront office in 2014. She partnered with Ann Malbon, another “local”, in 2015.
