Susan is a life-long native of Virginia Beach.  She grew up on 50^th Street, and has lived in Bay Colony, Princess Anne Hills, and numerous homes and Condos at the

North End.  She had a successful sales career in office equipment for 31 years, where she honed her negotiating and customer service skills.  Susan joined the 

TOP-PRODUCING Howard Hanna William E Wood team at the oceanfront office in 2014.  She partnered with Ann Malbon, another “local”, in 2015.
