As a former college coach and athlete, I possess a unique and valuable experience.  I’m wired to coach you through the twists and turns of  real estate. My real estate career was built on past relationships while cultivating new ones. Today, I continue to navigate the always changing real estate market by focusing on people.

Coaching forced me to find creative ways to get things done, which often requires thinking outside the box or creating a new one. Every transaction is different because every person and situation is different. From million dollar listings to first time homebuyers I have a vast skill set to fit the needs of everyone. I was recognized by Allen Tate as Steele Creek Rookie of the Year (2021); Office MVP, Allen Tate Mortgage Partner of the Year (2022); and Allen Tate Insurance Partner of the Year, Q1 MVP, Q2 MVP, Q3 MVP (2023).

My experiences help me be poised, confident, organized, and to lead through the sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home. According to one client, “We relocated to CLT and were anxious about buying property in the location that we weren’t familiar with but Sarah made the transition very smooth and enjoyable.” I have a plan and I am ready for the unexpected twists and turns that may occur. 

I came south from northern Virginia on a basketball scholarship to USC Upstate and I never went back.  I love adventures and exploring Charlotte with my dogs Gouda and Jack.  As an avid sports fan I’m locked in on the Packers, Tottenham Hotspur, Mickleson, college hoops, Serena, and the first half of our Carolina Panthers. 

I learned at a young age the importance of being surrounded by people who have your best interest at heart.  I plan to be one of those people for you. It might not always be "an easy win" but with me as your Real Estate Advisor, we will find success navigating the transaction together.
