Larry helped us successfully sell our horse farm.  We had several challenges along the way but he patiently and calmly got us though all the obstacles and we can't thank him enough.

I was newly transferred to my duty station and fortunately found Larry who's prior military experience allowed him to understand my situation and needs.  He immediately found a great rental for me and my family as we were new to the area and wanted to look around first before buying.  We were soon ready to buy and Larry came through again, getting into just the house we wanted.  He is a consummate professional and has become a good friend.   -Captain Roger and Natalie

My mother passed and her house was unique and needed special handling.  Larry was able to market it and and even get us multiple offers for which I was surprised.   He then sold my sister's home quickly, again with multiple offers and higher than expected.  We even had an original contract in which the buyer lost their mortgage because of something they did.  Larry went back to one of the other buyers who had made an offer and was able to get them to come in higher and then closed with everyone involved happy with the results.    -Ray and Cyndi
