Our family history of military service goes long past me being born in Ft. Benning, GA. I am proud to be a military daughter, wife and mother. After spending most of my life in Illinois we moved to Greer, SC to be close to my parents. I have held my real estate license for 16 yea rs and value the trust that my clients put in me and I work every day to continue to earn that trust and exceed their expectations. I am a take charge of the situation agent, always finding the answers and keeping a transaction moving forward. While I service all areas of real estate I love marketing homes, working with our Seniors and am very proud to serve our Military and our Veterans as well as our luxury market.

Upstate SC Community Spotlights
Every corner of the Upstate brings its own unique rhythm. Here is a high-level look at our most popular relocation destinations:
- Downtown Greenville: Urban energy at its finest. World-class dining along Main Street, Falls Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and luxury condo living.
- Simpsonville & Five Forks: Suburban excellence. Renowned for top-rated public and private schools, modern master-planned communities, and convenient access to I-385.
- Greer & Taylors: A vibrant blend of historic charm and rapid growth. Conveniently situated near GSP International Airport, BMW Manufacturing, and major corporate corridors.
- Easley & Powdersville: Scenic foothill living with quick commutes into downtown Greenville and Clemson University. Ideal for those seeking larger homesites and natural surroundings.
3 Essential Tips for Moving to South Carolina
- South Carolina Property Tax Advantage: SC rewards primary residents! Primary residences are taxed at a 4% assessment ratio, whereas secondary homes, rentals, or commercial properties are assessed at 6%. Filing your legal residence exemption after closing is a critical cost-saver.
- Vehicle & License Registration: New residents have 45 days to register vehicles with the SC DMV and pay the one-time Infrastructure Maintenance Fee (IMF).
- Closing Attorney Protocol: In South Carolina, all real estate closings are handled directly by a licensed closing attorney rather than a title company. I work alongside the Upstate’s finest legal teams to ensure your closing is seamless.
