About Me:

I have been a full time licensed realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since 2004, working alongside my father, Tim Fearon. I’m passionate about helping both buyers and sellers journey through the real estate process and I take pride in providing first class service; always striving to maintain the most innovative marketing strategies and current real estate trends. My credentials include the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS), and Homes of Distinction Specialist. In 2015 I received the OAR President Sales Club Award of Achievement, which only 5% of Ohio’s real estate professionals have attained.  

My husband Sean and I reside in North Canton with our three children, Teagan, Liam, and Quinn. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, spending time with friends, and working out. I’m a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. GO BUCKEYES!
