Irene is exceptional! Selecting Irene to sell our home was the wisest decision we made. She is the consummate professional. The multifaceted marketing plan Irene implemented, coupled with her knowledge and integrity, proved second to none. Irene worked tirelessly from beginning to end, paying attention to all the details, and made the selling process as stress free as possible. Additionally, she is a very effective communicator, considerate and respectful. I have no doubt if she had not been our realtor, our house would not have sold and closed . Helped us focus and continues to help When we started looking for a home all we knew was we wanted more room and to live in Strongsville. We looked for more than two years not being able to make a decision. Once we started working with Irene we realized we had a pretty tight list of requirements and Irene was able to get us focused and found us a home that was close to what we needed and a found us a contractor to finish it to our needs. It is two years later and we still call Irene with questions and for advice. She is always eager to help. We would not consider looking at homes again with our consulting Irene and would recommend her to anybody looking for homes in the area. Listens to her clients wishes and works hard for them. Irene did a wonderful job in helping us purchase a home this year. Every house we looked at she gave us her advice(pros and cons). She worked well with both my husband and I and are different personalities. I felt like she did her best to fulfill our wish list, but also encouraged us to remain within our budget. I never felt pressured to make a decision and always felt like she had her clients best interest at hand throughout the whole house hunting process. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and if she did not know an answer she would take the time and find out for us. Buying a house can certainly be stressful and overwhelming, but Irene did a wonderful job making the experience exciting and fun as well. The Only Real Estate Agent You Will Ever Need Irene spent nearly 6 months working with us on a "Short-Sale" property that she found at an exceptional price in an area several years prior was probably out of our price range. She walked us through each step in the process while keeping us informed of any changes, which were numerous. When it finally came to closing, Irene made sure the long journey came to a successful conclusion. In fact, she was even able to upgrade our home warranty at no additional cost.
