Mary Beth DeClerck
"Congratulations and welcome home” — these are two of my favorite phrases, and they reflect how I approach every client relationship. My name is Mary Beth, and I have been helping individuals and families navigate residential real estate since 2014. Whether you are local or relocating from out of state, I treat every client like a friend. I genuinely care about you, and I take pride in guiding you and your family from start to finish with attention, integrity, and follow-through. My goal is to help you achieve your real estate dreams — whether buying, selling, or both — and to deliver results at the highest possible level.
I am a Cleveland native, a Westsider, and part of a family that has called this area home for more than five generations. I know the city and its suburbs well, and I truly love living here. Northeast Ohio’s North Shore offers an incredible lifestyle — boating, hiking, golf, tennis and pickleball, professional sports, concerts, Playhouse Square, University Circle, the Metroparks Emerald Necklace, the West Side Market, Marblehead, and the Lake Erie Islands, just to name a few.
Giving back to the community I love is also very important to me. I donate a portion of my proceeds to local charities, including The Blessing House and Urban Community School, supporting children and families right here in Northeast Ohio.
I graduated from Bay Village High School, earned a BA in Economics from Bucknell University, and an MA in Education from Ursuline College. As a trained educator and a licensed local Realtor, I bring organization, clarity, and calm to what can otherwise feel like a complex process — while still keeping the experience enjoyable and fun. I look forward to helping you begin your next real estate chapter in Northeast Ohio.
