When I shared with John my frustration with our banks mortgage process, John explained that Howard Hanna also had a mortgage division and asked if I would like to have a quick chat with one of their mortgage specialists. I did and they were fantastic and hence we have our mortgage through them. When it came time to insure the home before closing, John mentioned that Howard Hanna also had an insurance division. Once again they were so easy to work with that we went with them. There was never any pressure from John, just an outstanding willingness to try to do his part to make the process as pleasant and easy as possible.
