My philosophy is, family first, and family begins with a good home. I would never tell someone to buy a home that I would not want my own children to buy. Furthermore, if you chose to list your home with me I will do everything from curb appeal to interior staging to get you to your goal. My life up until joining the Howard Hanna team gave me personal experience in this industry that can not be taught in a classroom. My family and I have built, bought, sold, moved (4 times-4 states), rented and everything in between. I have learned the do's and don'ts of both the seller's and the buyer's perspective in making such a wonderful life changing decision.

On average there are nearly 3000 realtors in the greater Pittsburgh area. So why chose me when your closest realtor could be right next door? My top priority is not earning a paycheck it is creating a personal relationship and giving you (the client) everything you want and more. I want to provide you with all the real estate knowledge that I have in conjunction with all the dreams you have for your new home. I want to find the perfect median between everything you want and all that is available.

I think core communication is key to any successful relationship. So whether you are a first time home buyer or a retiree, a $100,000 buyer or a $1,000,000 buyer, making a city change or a state change, I will work with you (not for you) to make your home buying experience as smooth and informative as possible. Relocation and New Construction are always great options when you are just starting out in a new area. I've been through the latter and will always guide you in the best direction for YOU and your family.

You, however, were absolutely fantastic. I have never worked with a realtor that was more dedicated or caring.
 
You were such a tremendous help in easing my stress during this relocation and offering options so that I felt like I was getting the right property for me, not just the available property.

I had to email you to let you know my profound happiness with the new house you found for us.  You deserve a medal for all you went through to get us into this new home.  This is our third move and by far the least smooth transaction.  Everything that could possibly go wrong....did in fact go wrong and you weathered us through the storm.  The service, time and attention provided to us is second to none. You answered phone calls all hours of the night and provided counseling when needed.
