It is not unusual for me to facilitate repairs, appointments with vendors, cleaning properties myself to ensure they are market ready... you name it! I do what needs to be done, and tailor it to each client. I am fortunate to have received the National Sales Excellence award which places me in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide, bringing a wealth of learning opportunities along the way.
