I already have recommended Karen to a neighbor and I am pretty sure that they will use her services to sell there home. I liked Karen the minute I met her at an open house. I knew that she would be the one to sell our home even though we have a family member who is a Howard Hanna agent and even though she is not an agent from Chagrin Falls. I know that she did more than a local agent could have or would have. Her advise was so perfect and she walked us through every step of the process. She went the extra mile and was present at every showing so that she could make sure that the other agent, showed our home to it's best advantage. She was available literally every minute of every day. I have never met anyone so dedicated, honest and truly caring as Karen. My husband and I agree that Karen and Mike are two very special people and we feel that we can regard them as friends. They are funny, knowledgable and they really do care. I cannot say enough nice things about Karen. I will always be an advocate for her and her services, when she says she will produce results, she's not kidding. Our financial planner told us to find the most successful and competent realtor possible. I went on Agent Pronto and Karen Helfrich is one of the names that came up. I sent my contact information to her and she left a voice mail and emailed me immediately. Her confidence and enthusiasm just gushed out of my computer screen when she said she absolutely knew she could help us sell our house. Karen and her husband Mike work really well together. When we met at the house, she made several suggestions about brightening up the place, such as removing wallpaper, painting the interior, refinishing the floors, give it a deep cleaning among other things. But she did not pressure me to do all these repairs, painting etc. She said only do what I felt comfortable with. I hired people to clean, paint, clean, and refinish the floors and it certainly paid off in a fast sale and great price. The house sold in exactly one month. Karen is also wonderful about getting back to you within minutes after you email her. Both she and Mike are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are professional in every way. I highly recommend them.

Karen, it. Is emotional and confusing that we sold Mom's house as fast as we did.  I still am amazed that we met Thanksgiving weekend and we are done. You and Mike delivered big time. Karen has been a very capable, responsible, and efficient real estate agent and friend to help me buy my first home. I did not know much about buying a home.
