We had a great experience working with Denise and were very lucky to have her as our agent. As first time home buyers my wife and I had lots of questions about the whole process and we were little intimidated by the competitive market and multiple offers. Denise was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. She made us feel really comfortable and no question was a stupid question. She spent time in understanding our needs and addressing our concerns. Every time we used to go see a house, she spent enough time talking about what we liked and didn't like and if we should consider the house. Even though she was very busy we never felt hurried and she always had open time for us.

Denise was very quick and responsive and followed up on things closely. We used to email her the houses we liked and she would get back to us with the details about the houses and promptly schedule viewings. Since both my wife and I work, quick emails responses worked great for us and Denise was very accommodating and worked around our schedule for showing houses.

When we finally liked the house we wanted to bid on, Denise provided us with all the details and the data of the sales prices in the area, so we could make an informed decision.
