In the summer of 2010, I was looking for a home and chose Manar Elkurd as my realtor. Being that it was my first home, I was nervous about the process and everything that would be involved. I worked full time and my schedule was very hectic. I was overwhelmed with thinking about how much time buying a home would require, but Manar made everything seem simple and easy going. Manar stayed in touch with me via emails, texts, and phone calls. Manar always left a voicemail if I could not answer the call and I did not have to ask her about anything.
Likewise, with selling the same home in the summer of 2014. What I liked aboutManar the most is the fact that she was always one step ahead of me. I enjoy working with someone that is organized and has a sense of urgency. In the summer of 2014, Manar did twice the work in a very short time. In addition to selling my home, Manar was also looking for a suitable condo that fit what I needed and asked for. Within a week of my conversation with Manar about selling my home, Manar had my house on the market with pictures and a full description. I had many showings on my house and Manar actively and assertively followed up with the other realtors that were involved. In addition to the showings, Manar did a great job explaining the paperwork and connected me to the others that were involved in the buying process.
After buying my first house in 2010 and the condo in the summer of 2014, Manar always followed up with me for months after and asked if everything was going okay and according to expectations which I appreciated very much. Also, Manar was very professional and did a very good job compromising with others that were unpleasant to work with. I have and will continue to refer Manar to my family and friends that are looking to buy and sell their homes. Manar has always given me exceptional service and I have nothing negative to say about how she does her job. I will always work with her when it comes to buying or selling my home.

However, we were lucky to find and work with our agent, Manar Elkurd, as she made the whole process much easier, clearer and even fun. She was very active, patient and accommodating in helping us look at different houses in various areas and finding our first home for our family of four. Even our daughter, whose two must-have house features were "lots of stairs!" and "nice basement!", is extremely happy. Manar answered our questions quickly and in detail. She was very understanding towards our concerns and went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
Looking back, we still cannot believe how smooth this whole experience was for us and we attribute this mainly to Manar's great work ethic and personality. Today, we are very happy with our home.

Manar helped me find my condo in ways I can’t even describe here, in other words I doubt I’d have my new home without her. From the first day, my needs and wants were Manar’s number one priority. She kept me up to date on new availabilities that met all my particular and peculiar requests.
