Hello, I’m Babs Blaine, a full-time Realtor® with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, proudly serving the Greater Pittsburgh region for more than 17 years. I hold both a B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and I’ve earned several respected real estate designations including Certified Buyer Specialist (CBS) and Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS). I am writing to you today to let you know about my recent experience with one of your Agents, Babs Blaine from your Monroeville Office. My beloved Mother, who lived in Monroeville, passed away on March 26, I am the executor of her estate but live in Scottsdale, AZ. I had asked a realtor friend of mine here how I could go about finding a good real estate agent in PA. Through referrals, I ended up with Babs. I cannot express to you how fortunate I feel to have had her working for me. We received an offer on my mother's house shortly after we listed it. While it may have not worked out exactly the way I would have liked (these things rarely do, especially in this environment) we are set to close on August 1. Babs has done a wonderful job for me.
