So we had heard of Tania Kegyes ( for many years) and her help with so many others but had not had the opportunity to use her services until recently. We had a very large home and were down sizing. We did not realize how hard this was going to be until we got to looking at homes. This was very difficult for us and Tania was with us all the way through each step. She worked very hard to ask us the questions of the home we were looking for which wasn't easy with us (as per the many houses we were shown) so she could help us to determine the house we would be interested to buy, WHAT WE WANTED, not what would be a house that she sold us! That was very important. I know some Realtors would have just wanted to sell us a home to say they sold a home. She kept saying, "this is your home, YOU decide"! That meant a lot to us as well.
