One sunny day in July, a wonderful woman named Susan Hennenberg came to our home - riding in on her “white horse.”   Actually, she rode in on her white convertible.  She was dressed like a Southern Belle with a huge straw hat on her head.  We could tell she meant business!  She checked out our home, made suggestions and told us the home would sell fast. The suggestions didn’t cost us any money.  It was just moving around some furniture and “get rid of the carpeting” in three rooms.  With her magic done, the Howard Hanna post went into the ground Wednesday afternoon.  Four days later at her “open house,” we had six pre-approved offers to buy our home.  One offer was $4,500 higher than our asking price.  Sold!  Now to find a new home.

Six days later, (Saturday) we found our “forever” home.  Sold!  The home was beautiful, modern and move-in ready.  There was nothing more to do.  The home had been put up for sale the night before, and we were the first ones to view it.  By the end of the day, there were four other serious offers.  Susan spent the weekend working on our negotiation strategy.  By noon on Sunday, we had a new home.  Many people were after this home – I could not believe it, but Susan got the home for us.
