A professional from our team will meet with you for an initial fact-finding meeting to find out what type of home you desire and the location & amenities important to you and your family. It is important for us to understand how you utilize your current living space and how you intend to utilize the space in your new home. The more we know about you, your family and how you live your everyday life in your home, the more effective your home search will be!

  • FINDING YOUR DREAM HOME: Once we determine your needs, we will provide you with a list of homes available that meet your criteria. Depending on your time schedule, we can either preview the homes on your behalf or our team can schedule a time for you to view the homes with a team member.

  • We can also set up an automatic e-mail of any new listings, so you can preview the homes from the comfort of your own home.
  • PRE-APPROVAL: Our team can put you in touch with lenders, to get you pre-approved for a home loan. Pre-approval benefits buyers in two ways: 1) Buyers have an accurate view of their financial position, enabling them to purchase a home within their price range, thus streamlining their search. 2) Pre-approval is a powerful negotiating tool. With pre-approval your offer is stronger because it gives the seller confidence that you are financially able to purchase their home.

WRITING AN OFFER: Once you have found that perfect home, our team will conduct a market analysis for you to be certain you are not overpaying for the property.

  1. When writing the offer we will base our bid on the information obtained from the market analysis and from what we have seen of the home.
  2. We will present the written offer to the seller. The seller can accept your offer, reject your offer, or make a counter offer.
  3. In the likely case that the seller makes a counter offer, we will negotiate on your behalf, representing your best interest, to help you to get the home you desire.


Once you and the seller agree on the price and terms, our team will assist you with the following:

  • Home Inspection:  We can provide you names of inspectors to choose from and will discuss the various types of home inspections available to you.
  • Formal Loan Application:  While your pre-approval may have lead to an accepted offer, you still need to secure the loan. Our team can provide you with names of lenders who can assist with financial matters.


Our professionals will be with you through every step of your home purchase. We will follow up with the lender and the title company to be sure everything is on track for your closing date. You will be in touch with these folks as well, but it is important for us to be updated should there be any changes.

Once everything is in place and you have signed all the necessary paperwork, we will present you with the keys to your new home!  While our mission may be accomplished, we will still follow up with you periodically to be certain you are happy in your new home and with the experience you've had with our team.
