I specialize in providing personalize services and assistance to guide my customers through their home buying or selling ventures. I embrace my clients' unique needs and tailor my customers services to reflect their individuality. I believe that this personalized service is the key to a convenient and stress-free transaction, which is my goal throughout the buying and selling process. When working with a seller, I will establish a reasonable selling price for the home within its fair market value and market the home to the widest possible audience of prospective buyers. I will also counsel my clients on the visual presentation of the property to suggest ways to enhance the marketability. The end results is a "SOLD" sign in my customers front yards.

As a buyer's agent I help customers find homes that suit their needs and compliment their lifestyles. I streamline the home search and register my clients for instant e-mail notification so when a home becomes available that fits my clients criteria, an e-mail notification is sent to notify you. I participate in the search then assist my clients' in obtaining financing, negotiating with the seller and completing the trasaction.

I have been full time realtor since 1994, a muti-million dollar producer and a member of CABOR (Cleveland Area Board of Realtors), OAR (Ohio Association of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors). I have earned many designations over the years including Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and Residential Relocation Specialist.  I have been married to my husband Brett since 1992. We have three children Matthew, Kyle, and Lauren Milner.
