Lauren, a resident of Cleveland's Battery Park / Detroit Shoreway neighborhood, joined Ted & Co. in 2012. An early Tremont “pioneer,” Lauren is known for her vast knowledge of city living. Her role with development projects is to educate the broad buyer base of clients, other agents and offices, and assist in converting prospects into sales.
Jessica Rasmussen, Business Manager & Realtor
Jessica lives in the “Hingetown” district of Ohio City and, prior to that, was a resident of Tremont. A graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Journalism, Jessica has 15 years of corporate event planning experience and has honed her skills in project management, contract negotiation, marketing and client services.

Anna lives in Ohio City’s “Solo” district and has a BS in Business Management from Vladamir State University.
