Dear Mr. Hanna, It is a pleasure to write this letter about Michelle Mattioli. Even though buying a house can be stressful, Michelle made it as painless and stress free as possible. It was truly a delight working with her and we appreciate everything she did. My wife and I recently relocated from the Chicago area. Our initial move date was in early May. We came out house hunting for several days with Michelle. She worked with us and was flexible and patient as we saw a lot of houses in a short time. Heading back to Chicago, we decided to push our move date back to late October, which didn't faze Michelle one bit. We returned to Pittsburgh in October and Michelle made herself available the first weekend we were in town. She worked diligently in the following weeks to show us as many houses as we wanted.
