My husband and I wanted to buy a house that was not available to purchase due to a property line issue. At first, Michael tried to lead us in other directions because no one know for sure when this house would be ready to sell but after searching for several months we all realized that this particular house may be the one worth waiting for. We put in our offer July 2010 and after a seemingly endless amount of addendums, extensions, frantic emails and phone calls from me, we finally closed this March!!

I have to say, no matter what obstacle popped up (this sale took nine months so there were a few bumps along the way), Michael always remained calm and did his best to make this transaction as smooth as possible. He was supportive throughout the whole process, even standing in snow up to his knees (in a suit) to help my husband push our stuck car out of a snow bank! I would recommend Michael as an agent and the whole Howard Hanna team (mortgage service, insurance, and anyone I missed) because they felt like friends to us and that made this sometimes difficult situation so much easier to deal with.
