My home sale was to settle an Estate. We had it listed with another realtor who had it for a year with minimal showings.There were obstacles to a quick sale, such as poor location, age of the property, lack of a garage.The day Eleni got the listing, she had a showing and from there, there were numerous showings. Eleni came up with efficient and practical strategies to market the property to potential buyers.Her professionalism and knowledge were key qualities in getting this property sold as soon as possible. She was very understanding and accomodating with issues involving the family dynamic. I was shopping long distance for a Realtor and I was looking for a Super Star (Time is of the essence). I found Eleni on the Internet (WOW!). She passed the Test of all my Questions and proved to be an Experienced Agent of High Caliber ! Buying a Home is not one size fits all ! I found her to be Trustworthy - Honest - Reliable and guided me in the Process of the Broker Agreement - Disclosures - all the Process of Real Estate Transactions. She works as a Realtor full time and knows the Pitfalls to avoid! She was also Assertive and was able to Negotiate a really Nice Offer and presented it to the Seller. I was really pleased with her and the outcome .(it did need some sprucing up and she also helped there as well) She brought all of the Parties together - facilitated important Information to ensure that the Process ran smoothly. Her Communication Skills were excellent and she also kept her Cool under Complex Circumstances . Eleni did an outstanding job helping us buy not one but two residences. She always goes above and beyond. We purchased our first home sight unseen while traveling abroad. Eleni handled everthing, including helping us line up contractors for needed renovatioins before we returned to the states. By the time we returned, Eleni had helped with our financing, closing, repairs and even made sure it was safe until we got there. All we had to do was move in!!
When we decided to buy a second home, there was no question on who we would turn to, Eleni, of course. Again, she was there every step of the way, making the deal simple and painless.
