When buying a home the greatest concern of most buyers is: "Am I making a good purchase and is the home as solid as it appears?" You can always feel comfortable that once we get to this point when you have decided to put in an offer, your protected as a buyer in many respects. In the contract you have the contingency of doing a full home/pest/radon inspection. Choosing a certified inspector who is up-to-date on all his/her certifications reassures you as the buyer. As for the seller, they are reassured that a credible inspector is taking the responsibility of reviewing their home and it's not just a fly-by-night inspector who is going to lose a deal for them.
