CONSISTANT Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Member of, Ultra E Agent

I am a fulltime professional realtor with the Murrysville Howard Hanna office since 2005.  Communication with my customers is very important to the process.  I look forward to speaking with you to discuss your future home purchase or current home sale.

To my future clients and customers, I offer 100% committment of my time to the service of my customers:

SELLERS: My advertising and marketing techniques for your home will be aggressive and informative.  My marketing/staging ideas will give you the most value for your home.  I work closely with my customers giving consistant feedback, allowing you to know if a continually repeated comment is going to potentially stop the sale of your home.  Most times it's an easy fix, however, if you don't hear about it, you can't correct it.

BUYERS: View the latest properties on the market FIRST.  My customers have consistently been first to view new homes on the market.  This is because I continually reach out to other agents to see what they have coming up on the market that best fits the criteria my customers are looking for.  Don't settle for any home. Let me help you find the home that fits your exact wants and needs. Our initial conversation will lead to your dream home.

Thank you in advance for choosing me to be your agent.  My customers are always very satisfied with the level of attention and dedication that is given to them.  My many years in the business gives me the experience you need to Sell or Buy your new home.

Ask for my references of past or current buyers or sellers.  MY CUSTOMERS ARE VERY WILLING TO SPEAK WITH YOU TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

When buying a home the greatest concern of most buyers is: "Am I making a good purchase and is the home as solid as it appears?" You can always feel comfortable that once we get to this point when you have decided to put in an offer, your protected as a buyer in many respects. In the contract you have the contingency of doing a full home/pest/radon inspection. Choosing a certified inspector who is up-to-date on all his/her certifications reassures you as the buyer. As for the seller, they are reassured that a credible inspector is taking the responsibility of reviewing their home and it's not just a fly-by-night inspector who is going to lose a deal for them. We can talk in detail about the inspection process. Call me. It's part of my job to explain all these steps in a buying process to you the buyers.
