 If your looking for a Realtor who is friendly, professional and hard working then Julie Treemarchi is a great choice.  Julie has sold me a residence and three rental properties in the past several years. Each transaction went smoothly and timely. Realtor Treemarchi always gave good common sense advice and has your best interest as her top priority.
 
  I used Julie on both sides of the spectrum, as a buyer and a seller.  My advice to buyers is to look for a property with good bones that is in a location that will continue to appreciate.  Follow Julie's advice on what is worth negotiating and what might just cause you unneeded stress.  A property that is right for you is not worth losing over a small amount of money.

Julie helped me buy my first home.  I looked at over 25 houses, and she remained utterly patient and supportive throughout the entire process.  Her experience and vision helped me look past minor cosmetic issues, and she made me realize the importance of how good a house's "bones" are.  I eventually settled on a great home that was right at my target price, and with a little work on my end it became my "palace."  Her professionalism was remarkable, especially because my price range was below $100K and she never acted as if it was too small of a deal to justify her time.
A few years later I decided to sell my home to upgrade, and Julie was there for me once again.  She provided excellent advice on which improvements would yield the most value, and her staging suggestions made the house look wonderful.  My home became so attractive that I almost didn't want to sell it!  She helped me decide on the perfect listing price, and in the difficult market of late 2008 it sold with the profit that I expected and wanted.
Most impressively, she assisted me with post-closing issues after her commission had already been earned.  The buyer's settlement company made an error in charging for real estate taxes, and Julie was relentless in pursuing my refund.  She dealt with the City of Pittsburgh's taxing office -- no easy task -- and also with the settlement company, until they issued me a check for overpaid taxes.  She remains a friend to this day, and I will certainly enlist her services again.
