One of the favorite and most rewarding parts of my business is handing the keys of a home to a first time home buyer!  

However, whether you are a first time home buyer, up-sizing or down-sizing there are many things to consider.....even before you begin to look at homes.

  • Our initial discussion of your "Wish List" and agency relationship  
  • What can I/We afford?
  • Viewing homes that fit your criteria.  This is the FUN part!

We found a home! Now what?  Once we find the perfect home there are decision and time frames to consider.

  • Review of costs associated with the purchase
  • Prepare and present your offer to the Seller
  • Schedule inspections and review the results
  • Formal mortgage application and appraisal of your new home
  • Schedule the closing
  • Utility change over
  • Final walk-through of your new home
  • Finally the day you were waiting for; the closing

A lot to think about, however I will be there every step of the way with you/  My responsibilities to you as your agent is to find a home in a reasonable time frame that suits your needs and wants and make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
