In October 2022, Anne and Mary Beth asked Becky Hamid to join the MBA Team as an honorary sister and team member.

Becky is a life long resident of the Chagrin Valley. As a third generation Chagrin Falls graduate and former Solon educator, she is very familiar with Chagrin Falls, Solon and the surrounding communities. Her honesty, attention to detail and commitment to helping others will guide you through the buying and selling process. The Chagrin River Valley is made up of many different communities that serve various school districts which include Chagrin Falls, Kenston, Solon, West Geauga and Aurora City Schools.  We make it our continuing goal to know what is happening in the Chagrin Valley market.               

We tour properties every week, keep current on the inventory for our various communities and provide this knowledge to our customers so they can better position themselves as buyers and sellers.

Involved and Connected

As residents of the Valley for over 40 years, we have committed ourselves to the success of our community. Anne, Becky and I have served as public servants for the schools, local governments and various non-profits in our area.  Anne is very involved with the Diabetes Association, Solon City Schools and serves as the Solon Schools Anti-Bulling leader, CASS.  Becky is a Chagrin Valley GIVE member and a Chagrin Falls Historical Society Volunteer, while Mary Beth has served as an Elected Official in South Russell Village, The Board of Directors for the Chagrin Valley Recreation Center as well as previous commitments to the Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation and the Strategic Plan Advisory Board for the Chagrin Falls School District, and the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. We are committed economically, educationally and governmentally. We know the people, the politics and the developments that effect our area.

Real Estate Industry and Sales Experience

Mary Beth joined the real estate industry in 2004 and has continuously grown the business over 19 years, with success year over year to OAR Presidents Club, Howard Hanna Champions Club and we are commonly in the top 3% of the company in listings and sales.  In 2015 Anne joined as part of what we now call THE MBA Team.  Anne comes with a wealth of national sales experience including 14 years with GE Lighting and Industrial Systems, and GE Transportation.  Becky joined the team in 2022 and brings the organizational skills of a 14 year teacher with a Master's in Education.  She also represents our Millennial demographic and manages the social media impact of our marketing and sales.
