Brenda’s love for homes started when she was a child with her father Tom.  Tom was involved in the building industry and owned his own real estate brokerage.  Joe Turner has been involved in real estate not only as a top producing agent but as a builder representative and investor.  For many years both Brenda and Joe were top producers in the family real estate business.  Brenda was the “Rookie of the Year”, her first year in real estate and went on to manage a national brokerage.  Both Joe & Brenda have won many awards and accolades within the real estate industry but they’d rather focus on building relationships and putting their clients first.  Brenda lived in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and owned a business there.  Both Brenda and Joe are licensed Brokers in North Carolina which gives them the distinct ability to put their listings in three different MLS systems.
