We grew up in and are natives of the Erie area.  After stints in Pittsburgh, Tampa, FL, and Washington, DC, we returned home in 2010 to the area we love.  Being away only cemented our appreciation for this great community and the wonderful things Erie has to offer: fantastic people, awesome entertainment and, of course, the “gem” of Erie County, Presque Isle State Park.

Our time away from Erie also gave us a chance to develop skills and expertise that will prove invaluable to your real estate buying and/or selling experience.  Mark earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Law Degree.  He spent more than a dozen years in Washington, DC lobbying members of Congress and two presidential administrations, and has the experience and background to negotiate the best deal on your behalf.  Moreover, his legal background will help ensure that things are done right–the first time!

Rachael brings to the team an expertise in technology, photography, and home staging.  She is able to find just the right way to accentuate the positive features of your home for potential buyers, whether they are seeing the home in person or via the virtual world that is so critical to real estate marketing today.
