Having been residents of our mountains for over 45 years, Chris and Annie know Western North Carolina like their own backyard.

Chris spent his childhood living in Flat Rock and graduated from Hendersonville High School. After obtaining a B.S. in Textile and Apparel Management at North Carolina State University, Chris spent 12 years in the home fashion industry as the Director of Licensing and National Sales for one of Henderson County's largest employers.

In 2005, Chris switched careers and became a full-time Real Estate Broker. Since then, he has consistently been one of the top real estate producers in the region and has lived in Henderson, Transylvania, Buncombe, and Polk Counties.

Chris is married to his wonderful wife Annie, who assists him on a full-time basis with all day-to-day Real Estate responsibilities. Annie is also a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker. Annie is a Hendersonville native and has lived in this area her entire life!

Annie spent 13 years in the hospitality industry before deciding to pursue a successful career in Real Estate.

When not working, Chris and Annie are big gardeners and love to tend their vegetable and flower gardens at their home in Hendersonville or slipping away to enjoy the beauty and natural environment on the lake at their home in Lake Adger.
