With a rich history as a licensed Realtor with HER Realtors, now Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, since 1993, Carolyn Gifford brings decades of real estate experience to every client relationship. She is known for her commitment to excellence, deep market knowledge, and dedication to client satisfaction. Carolyn is also a proud member of the Columbus Board of Realtors 25 Million Dollar Club.
Working alongside Carolyn is her daughter, Ali, a Columbus native with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ohio University. Together, they make up The Gifford Group, combining Carolyn’s extensive experience with Ali’s fresh perspective, strong communication skills, and client-focused approach.
Ali is a proud member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and earned the $1 Million Dollar Sales Award in her first year in real estate. Now in her third year, she has helped many first-time home buyers successfully navigate the home buying process and is passionate about making each client feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Together, Carolyn and Ali provide a personalized and comprehensive approach to real estate, backed by local expertise, strong relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service.
In their free time, Carolyn and Ali enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active through workout classes, yoga, cycling, and running.
