Before real estate, Melissa served as a teacher in Virginia Beach City Public Schools, building a career centered on service, communication, and helping families thrive. Alex lived in the Hampton Roads area for more than 30 years while serving in the U.S. Navy before retiring and transitioning into real estate. His military background brings leadership, discipline, and a strong commitment to client care, especially for military and relocating families.
