Mark Blythe has called Charlotte home for over 35 years, providing him with an intimate knowledge of the local market and the broader Charlotte area. Originally from upstate New York, Mark met his New Jersey-born wife when they both relocated to Mint Hill during their high school years. Mark actively participates in the community as a member of St. Luke Church and served as a board member of the Plaza Midwood Association.

Connie Massetti, a native of Queens, New York and raised on Long Island, made the move to North Carolina in 2005 with her family. She has been an engaged member of the Matthews Police Department’s Citizen Volunteer Program since 2014, a board member of The Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce. Connie's dedication to her clients has been recognized consistently, earning her the title of "Best Real Estate Agent" by the readers of The Matthews/Mint Hill Weekly from 2019 to 2024.
