High Point Office, NC

The High Point office is located on High Point’s business corridor near Oak Hollow Lake Festival Park. The facility includes one conference room, two work rooms, one large meeting room and space for 40 Realtors®. The branch provides customers with a full array of real estate services including mortgage, homeowners and title insurance, and home warranty.

Located in the scenic Piedmont Triad, High Point is easily accessible by major thoroughfares and near the Piedmont Triad International Airport. Known as the “Home Furnishings Capital of the World,” High Point draws international visitors twice a year for its High Point Market, the world’s largest home furnishings show.
 
A variety of home styles are available and High Point offers parks, sports and cultural events and a variety of shopping, including more than 40 retail furniture outlets. A 38-foot tall Goddard-Townsend chest of drawers, complete with two socks hanging out, greets drivers in town, a nod to the city’s rich heritage of furniture and textile manufacturing.

For recreation, residents can visit the Kersey Valley Zip Line or the Piedmont Environmental Center, which features hiking trails, kayaking, canoe trips and eco tours. Cultural amenities include a civil-war plantation, historic train depot, downtown art galleries and the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival, which produces professional-quality performances of the world’s great plays for school children and the public.
 
High Point University, a private four-year liberal arts university, also is located in town, as is a working butterfly farm.
