Our Glenwood office is located in the heart of the Research Triangle. The facility offers all private/semi-private office space for 65 Realtors® and support staff, spacious conference rooms and a dedicated technology and resource workroom. The latest wireless capabilities are featured throughout. The Howard Hanna Allen Tate Advantage provides customers with a full array of services including mortgage, insurance, relocation and title.

The Glenwood area is located inside Raleigh’s Beltline, or “ITB” as the locals say. The Beltline, or Highway 440, circles downtown Raleigh, and Glenwood includes some of Raleigh’s older, most well-established neighborhoods. Among them: Historic Oakwood, Country Club Hills, Five Points, Cameron Village, University Park, Budleigh, Cameron Park, Coley Forest, Glen Eden and Bishops Park.
