Connor Talbert Licensed Realtor & Certified Residential Appraiser
I am a lifelong resident of Jackson County, having graduated high school from Lumen Christi in 2012 prior to earning my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Gainey School of Business at Spring Arbor University in 2017, where I graduated with honors as a collegiate student-athlete. Following graduation, I immediately immersed myself in the world of real estate, pursing licensure as a real estate appraiser. Currently credentialled as a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I bring eight years of real estate valuation experience to the Herndon Team. In addition, I currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Jackson Multiple Listing Service, and serve on the Grievance Committee of the Jackson Area Association of Realtors. I look forward to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals in the Jackson and surrounding areas.
