Kelsey Bezdek

Kelsey Bezdek, formerly Brown, is a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident with deep roots in Geauga and Lake Counties and a passion for serving the communities she calls home.

Raised on a family farm in Montville, Kelsey learned early the value of hard work, integrity, and strong community ties. After graduating from Kirtland High School and briefly leaving the area for college, she returned home to raise her family and build a career centered around helping others. Today, she and her husband live on their family farm in Leroy, where they raise cows, pigs, lambs, horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and two energetic boys who keep life busy, loud, and rewarding.

For the past four years, Kelsey served as the manager of Howard Hanna’s Chardon and Chesterland offices, overseeing Geauga County operations while mentoring and supporting agents throughout Northeast Ohio. During her leadership tenure, she helped foster a collaborative, community-focused culture built around strong relationships, professionalism, and exceptional client experiences.

Now transitioning back into full-time real estate sales, Kelsey brings with her not only years of hands-on transaction experience, but also the leadership, perspective, and industry insight gained from managing two successful offices. With nearly ten years of experience in real estate and more than two decades in customer service, she has built her business around communication, trust, and lasting relationships. Her philosophy is simple: real estate is never just about houses — it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients navigate major life moments with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Kelsey and her family are deeply involved in the local agricultural and 4-H communities. She currently serves as a 4-H advisor for her son’s livestock club and is passionate about helping young people develop responsibility, confidence, leadership skills, and a love for agriculture. Whether she’s cheering on her boys from the sidelines, helping in the barn, supporting local livestock programs, or guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions, Kelsey leads with authenticity, energy, and heart.

Kelsey specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes, land, farms, and rural properties throughout Northeast Ohio. With strong local knowledge, deep community connections, and a genuine passion for people, she strives to make every transaction feel personal, seamless, and rewarding.
