Over 15 years gaining real relationships and client experiences through various sales transactions - Tonia's true passion is helping others and consulting them through life's many transitions. Her personal core values have carried her a long way, while her career and success grew her into an industry she has always dreamt of pursuing. Faith, loyalty, an extreme work ethic, integrity, and helping those in need, are a few characteristics that define Tonia. Being enthusiastic and having a nurturing attitude naturally connects her with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Tonia's family jokes with and teases her, due to the fact no matter where they go, she is always stopped by countless individuals, simply to strike conversations. Her son stated, "mom it's like you have a sign on your forehead that says, Talk to Me!" She embraces these conversations and encounters, due to her belief and understanding, you never know how a few simple words may make an individual's day, or help them in some way, shape, form, or fashion. The majority of Tonia's life was lived as a dependent in the military lifestyle. Born in the Philippine Islands, traveling abroad, and living throughout Asia and in multiple states throughout the U.S., (without knowing),she became an expert at moving from home to home, place to place, from a young age, and garnering property knowledge and expertise as an adult. For a long time it was very difficult to call the several houses she lived in home. Eventually, she was able to understand and acknowledge, (through life lessons, knowledge, expertise, experience, and blessings), that all previous residences were temporary homes. In 2014,Tonia moved back to Dayton, Ohio. A large amount of her childhood was lived near the Wright Patterson Air Force Base area, therefore, Dayton and the Miami Valley is where she considered home, and only made sense to return, in order to establish her forever home. After settling in, she decided to get into the real estate industry to pursue and achieve her life long dream of being the individual that brought and continues to bring her clients happiness. She affords and assists individuals and families the realization of their own dreams of home ownership and building financial stability and wealth development through home ownership, as opposed to monetary spending affording landlords to prosper off of others simply renting. She achieves this through guiding and providing a tremendous experience, as well as a seamless transition with their purchase of their dream homes and financial security and superiority, through investment property purchases or investment collaborations and opportunities. Tonia's calling came to her so naturally, quite simply, it was and is meant to be. Her spirit is completely fulfilled through the guiding and servicing of clients during what some consider to be a stressful time and/or situation, that Tonia makes seamless and in all actuality the best and most enjoyable time of her clients lives.
