I’m Caitlin DeSantis, co-founding agent of The DeSantis Young Team. After nearly 16 years of working for Fortune 500 companies in high level leadership roles, I decided to follow my passion for real estate. I am a full-time licensed REALTOR® and lead agent of our boutique team. That means we are available 24/7, but not so large that you will get lost in the shuffle. We’re always here for you.

Outside of work I’m happily married to my husband of 17 years, David. Together we have two kids and when I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my family and enjoying watching my kids do what they love (football, cheerleading, baseball, basketball and more.) I also love volunteering with our local PTO, athletic boosters and the Akron Children's Museum annual fundraiser.
We love Northeast Ohio, and that’s why after college we chose to come back home to raise our family, build our careers here, and help others find a place they truly love to call home.
