Being an Ann Arbor native and lifelong resident, I have lived in, played in, explored and visited nearly every single neighborhood in Ann Arbor. I am a graduate of the REO Academy with special post training in the legalities and logistics of multiple offers. I also have training in first time home buyer programs that allow for lower down payments, and special Howard Hanna programs that benefit first responders and military personnel. • Make sure you are moved into and comfortable in your new home!

For the seller I will:

• Help you to set the right price to be effective in this market
• Work toward meeting your financial and scheduling needs
• Give guidance regarding current buyer preferences
• Help you make your home appealing to a majority of buyers
• Market your home with every tool possible including open house tours, social media, online advertising, postcards, newsprint, and one-on-one communications
• Communicate regularly
• Help you sort through offers to purchase and help to make them stronger
• Help you to understand all financial aspects and the details of the closing transaction
