Jerrica Moldowan has been a dedicated real estate professional for over ten years, successfully representing both buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions. A proud West Virginia native, Jerrica moved to Morgantown over 20 years ago and quickly fell in love with the community. That connection inspired her passion for helping others find their place to call home.
Known for her integrity, energy, and outgoing personality, Jerrica is a committed and hardworking professional. She works full-time with Howard Hanna Premier Properties and is licensed in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Jerrica strives to make every buying or selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, understanding that real estate is one of the most significant financial decisions her clients will make. She is there every step of the way, ensuring her clients feel confident, informed, and supported through closing and beyond.
In addition to her work with clients, Jerrica serves as the Director of Training and Development, where she plays a key role in shaping and supporting fellow agents. She leads the creation, implementation, and ongoing improvement of training programs, using her industry experience and commitment to professional growth to elevate those around her. She holds several respected designations, including GREEN, GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), helping her stay current in an ever-evolving market.
Jerrica is deeply passionate about giving back to her community. She serves on the board of The Pantry Plus More, supporting in-school pantry programs, and volunteers with monthly mobile food giveaways. She also contributes to the backpack program through Scotts Run Settlement House, helping provide essential resources to local families.
Above all, Jerrica is devoted to her faith and her family. She loves traveling and making meaningful memories with her loved ones, always looking forward to their next adventure together.
