Begin as a client, end as a friend!
Effective. Enthusiastic. Energetic. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Fran was co-owner of one of the largest Real Estate companies in Stark County. Her ability to keenly listen, problem solve, and meet needs of clients helped that company grow significantly. Today, Fran uses those same skills as she helps her clients in transition. A former Special Education Teacher, Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Event planner, Fran has been prepared to problem solve in the most effective and caring way. She understands the emotional component of moving as well as the stress that comes with it. Fran wants to take the confusion out and simplify the process in order to make life easier for her clients. With her personality and sense of humor, the journey might even be more fun! “For me, the best part is figuring out what the clients are trying to achieve, and then attacking it full force. Having a good time is always a plus, too!”
A Stetson University graduate, Fran did her post- graduate work at The Ohio State University, Malone University, and Hondros College. She has lived in the Canton area since 1978 and has served on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity, Pregnancy Support Center, and is an active member of Church of the Lakes United Methodist, Junior League of Canton and CAST of Glenmoor. “Helping others is just part of my DNA, says Fran.”
I believe in being a listener when assessing clients' goals. I believe in being a communicator when relaying progress. I believe I am good at both!
